All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding Sundays and Holidays) after receiving your order confirmation.
We may need additional time to process your order in case there is a mismatch between what has been ordered on the website and what you actually need, based on your requirement.
We may contact you via email or phone to identify the exact requirement (only in certain categories of products like refrigerator and washing machine parts/accessories) before dispatching your order to ensure a hassle free experience for you.
Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges and applicable taxes for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We also offer a Free as well as Flat Rate shipping to our customers within Delhi, based on certain conditions specified below -
- Free local delivery is available for orders above INR 999/- for delivery address within 2.0 km from our warehouse.
- For orders below INR 999/- or delivery address beyond 2.0 km from our warehouse, we charge a fixed amount for local delivery that you can confirm at the checkout while placing your order.
Deliveries are made from 12 pm - 7 pm on weekdays only. We may contact you via phone number listed with delivery address to notify you on the day and time of delivery attempt.
We are not offering international shipping at present.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 8 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at - firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
When will my order be delivered?
We have partnered with best courier companies in the country to maximize our reach and deliver across length and breadth of our country. Usually, the orders are delivered within 4-5 business days from dispatch, depending on location and distance from our warehouse however, the delivery may be delayed in case of certain unforeseen situations like natural calamities, weather conditions, pandemics or restrictions on movement or people and goods/articles imposed by states/local authorities which are beyond our control. In such cases, a prior intimation will be given to our customers via email as necessary.
Returns, Replacements and Refunds
We accept requests for returns up to 7 days after delivery, if the item is unused and is in its original condition.
We will refund the full order amount after deducting applicable shipping costs for the return pickup (which varies based on package size/dimensions and/or weight).
Requests for Replacement within 7 days after delivery will be considered on case by case basis, provided the reason for replacement is found to be genuine.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at email@example.com with your order number and pictures showing the exact condition of the item(s) and of the product packaging. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
