Refund and Cancellation Policy
Our focus is an excellent customer experience. In case you are not satisfied with the products/services provided to you during your recent purchase, we will refund your money. Please read the fine prints of each deal before buying it, it provides all the details about the service or the product you want to purchase on our website.
Further to this policy, in case of an unpleasant or dis-satisfactory experience, customers can cancel/return their order(s) and request a refund from us as per our Cancellation and Refunds Policy as follows:

Please note, we ship all orders within 2 - 3 days from date and time of receiving the order. Therefore, for cancellation requests received after 3 days from the date of purchase, we will work with our delivery partner(s) to cancel the delivery of the package.
In case the package is already out for delivery, customers can choose to "Not Accept" the delivery of the packet when the delivery is attempted at their specified delivery address.
We will try our best to meet and exceed expectations of our customers however, if customers are not completely satisfied with our product(s), they can return the product, in their original packing as received, within 4 days from the date of receiving the packet.
Once we receive a cancellation request or the return shipment from customer(s), we will issue applicable refund to the account associated with original mode of payment.
Please note that the refund may take 7 - 10 business days to appear in the original payment method account depending on the settlement period of the receiving bank/institution. Once the refund has been issued by mybucket.co.in, we have no control on the time taken to receive in your payment account. Customers should work with their partner bank/institute for the delay, if any.
